2nd Installment : 

  1. Utilisation of 80% of 1st installment, Survey Completion and submission of reports of quantity variation w.r.to infrastructure requirement, and deliverables (Villages and BPL Households)

  2. Completion of all engineering activities e.g. Finalisation of Technical Specifications, Approvals of sub-vendors/ GTPs/Drawings etc.
3rd Installment : 

  1. Utilisation of 80% of 1st and 2nd installments

  2. Finalisation of BPL list in consultation with State Utility / State Govt. and its submission to REC

  3. Completion of works in minimum 10% un-electrified villages, release of minimum 10% BPL connections in electrified / un-electrified villages and submission of report by 3rd Party Inspection Agency to REC.
